3. Enquiries, Quotations & Orders

• Website information is for general reference and is not a binding offer.
• Prices, availability, specifications, and minimum quantities are confirmed only in a written quotation or proforma invoice.
• An order is binding only once we issue a proforma invoice and receive the agreed confirmation and/or deposit.

4. Product Information

Minor variations in colour, finish, or specification may occur. Custom/private-label goods are produced to the buyer's confirmed specifications.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are exclusive of destination duties or taxes unless stated. Payment terms and deposits are as set out in the proforma invoice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to that order's value.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
